Ilova qurilmangizdan kontaktlar, joylashuv, foto galereya, kamera yoki mikrofonni o'qimaydi. Reklama identifikatorlari ishlatilmaydi, reklama tarmoqlari SDK'lari yo'q.
3. To'lovlar
Bank kartasi ma'lumotlari Galim'ga hech qachon kirmaydi — to'lov Payme yoki Click sahifasida amalga oshiriladi; bizga faqat to'lov holati va buyurtma raqami qaytadi. Karta o'tkazmasi orqali qo'lda to'lovda faqat buyurtma raqami va summa saqlanadi.
4. Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari (qayta ishlovchilar)
Video yaratish uchun loyihangiz matni, rasm promptlari va referens rasmlar quyidagi provayderlarga yuboriladi. Ular ma'lumotni o'z siyosati bo'yicha qayta ishlaydi; biz ularga emailingiz yoki shaxsiy ma'lumotingizni bermaymiz:

5. YouTube'ga yuklash (ixtiyoriy funksiya)
Agar admin sizga "YouTube'ga qo'yish" funksiyasini ochsa, siz ilova ichidagi brauzer orqali Google akkauntingizga o'zingiz kirasiz. Bu sessiya bizning serverimizdagi alohida, faqat sizga tegishli brauzer profilida saqlanadi — Galim parolingizni ko'rmaydi va jurnalga yozmaydi. Sessiyani istalgan vaqt Google akkaunt sozlamalaridan ("Qurilmalar") yoki bizga yozib uzishingiz mumkin. Galim YouTube API orqali akkauntingizga kirmaydi.
6. Sizning huquqlaringiz
- Ko'rish va yuklab olish: loyihalaringiz, videolar va SRT fayllari kabinetda; hisob-kitob "Hamyon" oynasida.
- O'chirish: loyihani kabinetda o'chirsangiz uning barcha fayllari darhol o'chadi. Akkauntni butunlay o'chirish: ilova yoki kabinetda Sozlamalar → Akkauntni o'chirish (parol bilan tasdiqlanadi) — akkaunt, loyihalar, fayllar, kredit balansi va push-tokenlar darhol o'chadi. Yoki support@galim.uz ga yozing (7 kun ichida). Buxgalteriya hujjatlari qonun talab qilgan muddat saqlanadi.
- Push-ni o'chirish: Sozlamalar → Bildirishnomalar, yoki qurilma sozlamalari.
7. Xavfsizlik
Ma'lumot HTTPS orqali uzatiladi; parollar faqat xesh (scrypt) shaklida; server ma'lumotlar bazasi tashqi tarmoqqa ochiq emas; kunlik zaxira nusxalar 14 kun saqlanadi.
8. Bolalar
Xizmat 18 yoshga to'lmaganlar uchun mo'ljallanmagan; biz ataylab bolalardan ma'lumot yig'maymiz.
9. O'zgarishlar
Siyosat yangilansa shu sahifada sana o'zgaradi; jiddiy o'zgarishda kabinetda xabar beriladi.

1. Who processes the data
The owner of the Galim service (details in the public offer). Contact: support@galim.uz.

The app does not access your contacts, location, photo library, camera or microphone. No advertising identifiers and no ad SDKs are used.
3. Payments
Card details never reach Galim — payment happens on the Payme or Click page; we receive only the payment status and order number. For manual bank transfers only the order number and amount are stored.
4. Third-party processors
To generate videos, your project text, image prompts and reference images are sent to the providers below. They process data under their own policies; we do not share your email or personal details with them:
- Text models: OpenRouter, kie.ai
- Voice: OpenRouter, Google Gemini
- Images and video: Runware, DeepInfra, Fal, kie.ai, OpenRouter, Google Gemini
- Music: kie.ai (Suno)
- Stock photos: Pexels
- Payments: Payme, Click
- Push: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android), Apple Push Notification service (iOS), browser push services (Web Push)
5. YouTube upload (optional feature)
If an administrator enables "Publish to YouTube" for you, you sign in to your Google account yourself inside the in-app browser. That session lives in a separate browser profile on our server that belongs to you only — Galim does not see or log your password. You can revoke the session at any time from your Google account settings ("Devices") or by contacting us. Galim does not access your account through the YouTube API.
6. Your rights
- Access and export: projects, videos and SRT files are downloadable from the dashboard; billing is in the "Wallet" window.
- Deletion: deleting a project removes all its files immediately. To delete your whole account, open Settings → Delete account in the app or dashboard (confirmed with your password) — the account, projects, files, credit balance and push tokens are deleted immediately. Or email support@galim.uz (within 7 days). Accounting records are kept as long as the law requires.
- Push: Settings → Notifications, or your device settings.
7. Security
All traffic is HTTPS; passwords are stored as scrypt hashes only; the database is not reachable from the public network; daily backups are kept for 14 days.
8. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, the date on this page is updated; material changes are announced in the dashboard.
